IBTM China, which will be held Aug. 28-29 at China National Convention Centre (CNCC) in Beijing, is now accepting applications to its Hosted Buyer program. The program is open to senior event planners who have interest in bringing their meetings, events, conferences or incentives to the China and Asia Pacific region.

The 400 chosen hosted buyers will participate in over 9,000 pre-planned meetings (30 apiece) with approximately 380 exhibitors during the two-day long event. These exhibitors represent destinations and industry organizations from around the world, with the majority representing China and Asia Pacific.

As well as two days of one-to-one business meetings, the event features a comprehensive program of more than 50 education sessions on topics including tailor-made tours, cruises, aviation, incentive travel and business travel. The event itinerary also includes several networking sessions.

To qualify, planners must be able to demonstrate interest and previous international business and have budget available for these future meetings. Accepted hosted buyers will receive complimentary travel, transfers, accommodation and most meals. They will also have the option to apply for hosted pre-conference and post-conference tours that will showcase different destinations.
